What game? Do you have the schematic?

Find the line that has the coil for the “O” relay. On the left side of the coil is a thick line. There may or may not be switches between the coil and the vertical line. Same thing to the right of the coil toward the thick vertical line. Those two vertical lines are the voltages. Those switches have to be closed for power to go thru the coil to the other vertical line. When all those switches are closed at the same time, the O relay should energize.
Any letters above a switch in that line indicates what relay that particular switch is associated with.
At that point, you need to check those switches to see if they are operating properly. You can check with power off by using a multimeter and manually operating that relay to verify that particular set of contacts is opening and closing.
If you still need help, post a snippet of that line of the schematic.
