Wesley........... If you're talking about not getting anything after the score reels reset, and there's a ball sitting in the outhole, the outhole switch making contact:

Check the ball-count unit in the head. There will be free-standing switches in the back, behind the board with the contacts on it. There are 2 coils on this unit, (step-up and reset coils). Check that the reset coil got energized upon start up, and that the leaf switch contacts were reset. THEN, check the free-standing switches on the back of the contact board making sure they are cleaned and adjusted properly. One of those switches I believe, brings the entire playfield switches to life, making the outhole switch work which will energize the O relay and kick the ball to the shooter lane. Good luck!
