Thanks everyone! I just saw this but appreciate everyone helping provide some info & the positive comments.
Yep, not out-of-business I'm not sure what phone number would have been called as I don't list one on the website. There are a few business names that are similar to mine, so if it was Googled and spelled differently that could have turned a number up.
I try to provide as much info as possible on my website & along with products being sold. Kind of rare for me to miss including instructions for something, especially the NVRAM, but it can happen occasionally. For most of the NVRAM modules, the product pages contain all the info.. and the small sheet I include with the NVRAM is just to drive home the point of getting the "orientation" correct during installation, and then resetting high scores / doing a factory reset. There's more detail on the specific boards, jumper settings & board diagrams highlighting the location of the RAM on the boards on the website. I've always been inclined to put as much info out there as possible so people know what they're buying.. anything that requires board modification, I'd rather people not buy it if they aren't comfortable with desoldering/soldering than to buy it and not know what they were getting into.
It's all good! Mistakes and misunderstandings happen. OP, let me know if you need any other questions answered.
