Anyone ever have a whistestar board that won't boot up with an nvram installed? I have a Sharkeys that I tried two unused nvrams in both meant for the whitestar board set and it wouldn't boot with either one double/triple checked to confirm they were installed correctly and the game works with the original chip.

Maybe it was tied into the scrapped IT tournament system.
