You have to determine if the problem is on that Power supply Board or an Output.
**** POWER OFF *****
1. remove Fuse 4 and J1,J2,J3
2. Measure resistance from TP5 to Ground.
@ Low reading...... Bad Bridge Rectifier, R1,R3.
@ Good reading..... output problem ; outputs go to J1,J2,J3
* Isolate each output jack

Do you have a schematic ?
You should read 600ohms from TP5 to ground. That is the value of the resistor.
You can check the Bridge using the Diode position on a digital meter if you have one.
Do you know how to check the Bridge?
You have to check each diode forward and back.
