I don't want to get into semantics, but it seemed like it was more of a misuse vs. outright stealing IIRC. "Stealing" would be something along the lines of claiming that it was a Pin2K emulator coded from the ground up w/o giving QEMU any credit.
It's great to see this released ... Pinbox was certainly "pirated". I hope the Nucore people can find a way to do something cool for the Pin2K platform leveraging the work they've already done. Based on work they've already done, I'd more than likely buy their product!
