Put a color DMD in some time back....looks great....it's been working fine for months....just noticed of late that it will " freeze" on one scene, or actually go dark. Power cycle seems to bring it back fine....thoughts?

Wonder if I've maxed my 12v output ( game is modded pretty heavy) or something else to check. I've put in a discrete 12v supply to power my under cab lighting and topper mods, but looking for ideas on where to start. Could a loose connection cause this? Thanks...mark

Are you using the latest color ROM release? I suspect you are using v3.0

The Simpsons Pinball Party 3.3 ROM Update (Updated Apr 16, 2016)

•3.3: (04/16/16) Added support for DE/Sega Whitestar DMD controller boards.
•3.2: (03/20/15) Coloring improvement for some sequences. Added DOTXL mode.
•3.1: (02/14/15) Update to correct intermittent flashing on some systems.
•3.0: (02/06/15) Initial release.

Might have nothing to do with the ColorDMD. Could be the ribbon cable from MPU to dot controller or the dot controller itself.
