shiping anywhere in the US is 65 in cardboard. otherwise I can build a heavy duty wood shipping crate that holds 2 pf's. they last well over a dozen round trips and not only does it take 5 min to pack a pf, you dont have to buy insurance, I have not had to in 8 years because of them. food for thought.
