Underside of PF looks like it's been previously mounted, I can see some wear.

The bottom isn't even dimpled yet so doubt it has been mounted.

If it is NOS, can you post a pic of the date stamp, please? Should have a 1992 date.

It does have Mylar installed in the normal wear spots. Could actually br NOS.
