I just saw this Flash PF on ebay - claims to be NOS, but it's certainly not in pristine condition. Is it believable that this has never been in a game and all the insert and paint problems are just from age? Listing photos are good and writeup is accurate (if brief) on condition, so not busting on seller; but I am curious if all this happened just from sitting.
