Why is he going to take $9k now? What happened to the buyer lined up at $10k? Also he prides himself on having the best of the best but hasn’t updated or vacuumed his carpet in 40 years? Lol what a joke.

I’m torn. The mods should probably block this guy’s account, but I would love to see him post a few more times in this thread.
