What can you say? Price is fair.

THey don't make these. The repros are all sold out (and many didn't like those anyway), and all the "LCD replacements" are frankly lame.

If you want a Holo, you gotta Play Ball-o

(provided this is actually nice, mint NOS example, hard to tell from the pics)

In my opinion it’s in excellent but not mint condition. Looks like it has light surface scratches from being stored out of its factory protective sleeve. Impossible to find and you probably won’t find a mint one anyway. Anyone that owns a extra from back in the day has it squirreled away like me. I’ve seen melted ones which is why I got my spare. It cost about $40 in 1997 if I remember correctly.

Someone started a thread years ago trying to locate the models used to make the holograms. I spoke up and posted pics of one of the original models used to make the hologram that I own. the guy who owns the rights PMed me immediately stating that NOTHING was going to move forward as far as making reproductions without him. So it sits on a shelf! I can’t remember his name(maybe PPS Doug?) but do remember longtime Pinsiders calling him “Mr Personality”.

Please no PM’s, mine is not for sale. I just wanted to provide addl info for interested pinsiders.

I recall a story, late 90s early 2000s, someone sent a mold off to Japan or China or something to get repros made and they said they scratched/broke/lost it and needed another 10k to make a new one and that's where that ended.

I also remember my buddy calling me from the Ohio Pinball Show around the same time, he had a repro in his hand, asked me if I wanted him to pick it up for me. They were $300. I told him no, mine was still ok, I'd get another one down the road. Ah, youth.
