Check with my UPS guy, he somehow lost the one that I had sold to someone a few years ago. Even though it was in a custom wooden crate and weighed something like 40lbs. Nobody ever knew what happened to it. It took me 4 months to get the guy a refund. UPS sucks!!
I used to have a picture of the crate before my computer crashed and I lost all/most of my pictures. Here's a picture of it long before it was crated. Good luck in your search.
