Last time I looked, Pinballs.com had a NIB (supposedly the last) and a floor model. They are in CT. I haven't bought from them, but a friend has bought many machines and has been happy.

Just bought and installed a Rowe Storm. I bought mine locally through an eBay seller, but Manny Sosa on fb seems to get a bunch going through him (https://www.facebook.com/groups/jukebox4sale/permalink/3487700174640881). $800 seems to be around market rate based on what I have seen.
I replaced the amp on mine with a Sonos Port to connect it to the rest of the audio in the house.
