Up for trade...Gameplan Sharpshooter II. Near flawless backglass, nice cabinet, playfield has two small wear spots.

Game works fine and boards look nice. No signs of corrosion.

Just not feeling this game and looking to feel out trade offers.

#2846 3 years ago

Up for sale because I need space and funds for a game I've always wanted:

Gameplan Sharp Shooter 2 - Fully Working, Awesome backglass. Decent PF. $600 or trade offers. Game is fine, I'm just not a fan of the style of gameplay. I will post pics later tonight.

Bally Eight Ball Deluxe (Original 1981 Version) - Has MPU issues. It was booting into attract mode, now I just get the 5 flashes. Pictures attached. $1000

Williams Black Knight - Has intermittent issues affecting gameplay. Needs a few simple parts for the upper flippers. Previous owner was rebuilding flippers when I bought it. Decent pf, minimal wear. I will post pics later tonight. $1000.

Open to bundle ideas as well as trade ideas.

On the hunt for a cabinet to put my eight ball deluxe LE playfield in. Anyone out there have a trashed EBD LE? I only have the complete populated playfield...I would need the rest. I'd be content to buy the full altek setup to run the game, but I need the rest.

(This is the same setup as Mr. And Mrs. Pacman I believe. - not sure if I could just use a Mr. And Mrs. Pacman cab to do this)

#3239 3 years ago

Willing to bring any of these to the Sanctum Christmas party on the 23rd if anyone is interested in trades.

Bare used playfields:

EBD
Funhouse
Attack From Mars
Evel Knevel

Populated used playfields:

EBD
Firepower 2
Sinbad
Stampede/Rawhide
Lucky Ace

Figure there will be a lot of like minded people in the same place....if anyone needs one of these I'll shoot you some pictures.

#3395 3 years ago

Bump to see if there is any need out there. So far the unpopulated EBD is pending....otherwise the others are still available.

While I'm at it, anyone collect flyers still? I have a decent number I'd love to swap.

Throwing out feelers.... willing to trade a nice working high speed and a non working, nice bg and nice cab sorcerer. Ideally looking for a single WPC era game for the two. Or perhaps other DE/Sega/Stern DMD games.

#3655 3 years ago

You must not be happy all that often then

If Brady had an offensive line they would have won. Oh well, Carolina will demolish Peyton anyways.

To keep things on topic....up for sale or trade...Williams Comet and High Speed. Ideally trade the combo for a lesser Williams /Bally DMD.

Quoted from JoeJet:

Thank goodness for that. As a Jets fan when the pats lose I am nearly as happy as when the Jets win (insert joke here).
Going to go pour me a Rusty Nail to celebrate!

Up for sale (or trade if the offer is right)

Gottlieb Cleopatra - $800 (Ni-Wumph CPU, new Power Supply, very clean/nice overall, plays great)

Williams Comet - $800 (Works, decent backglass and playfield)

Bally Black Pyramid - $400 (Project, playfield, cab and backglass nice overall, likely needs a new MPU and connectors repinned.)

Pics to come.

Quoted from tjc02002:

Williams Flash. Nice cabinet and playfield. Decent backglass. Nothing missing or broken but the game does not boot up. The lights on the MPU come on. I think it's probably a connector problem but I didn't mess with it. I was going to go through the game and shop it out but I am not finding the time. Ill take $500 as is.

Up for sale...Williams Tri Zone and Williams Flash...both nice cosmetically, but both are projects. Take both for $800 total. Everything is there, I'm just surrounded by games that need boardwork.

#4079 3 years ago

MPU seems to be locked up. (Two LEDS on solid). For full disclosure, the is the same one that was here about a month ago. I bought it for $500 and I still value it the same and will sell it indicidually for the same. I'm just surrounded by projects and something needs to go. I figure similar systems in the bundle might interest someone.

Surrounded by too many projects and parts, so I think it's time to try putting out some feelers to get rid of some stuff. Some of these are buried or in pieces right now or are just parts, but what can I say, my garage needs some cleaning. I'm going off of memory for a lot of this right now as a lot of this is stored away, so send me a message if interested in anything and I will attempt to unearth things for pictures.

Complete Project Games: Williams 4 Aces...all there, pf and bg are nice, cabinet has been repainted. $200, Williams Jackpot - nice bg and pf, cabinet has been repainted with wrong pattern and bottom panel needs fixing - $250. Backglasses have been stored in the house all winter.

Populated Playfields - Demo Man - $500, No Fear - $500 (I think both are complete but I'll need to look). Williams Lucky Ace - $100

Cabinets - No Fear - $100, Bobby Orr Power Play - $50 (rough)

Pinscore System 3-6 Shuffle Bowler Displays and Display Driver - Ideally trade for the same for a System 11 Shuffle Bowler (Tic Tac Strike)

I have a feeling I will unearth more.

#4347 3 years ago

You just found my big issue with trying to save the No Fear....although I haven't been searching as well as I could be for a transformer.

If I could find a Demo Man cabinet with transformer I'd likely keep my playfield.

Quoted from Shredso:

populated playfields are super tempting. 2 games on my want list too. I have some boards, transformer is a killer though. If anyone has a reasonable priced transformer I'd love to bring one of these back to life.

Putting out feelers...anyone in the New England/Albany/NYC area have an Eight Ball Deluxe cabinet and backglass they might want to sell? Any condition would be considered right now. I have a fully populated playfield that is begging to become a full game. Appears to be the second version with the red and black apron. I'll even consider the wonky LE cabinet as long as there is glass there.

Let me know what you might have.

Downsizing seriously....up on the blocks.... Getaway ($2200), Gameplan Coney Island ($400....has issues with CPU controlled lights), Gottlieb Drop a Card ($750....nice pf, flaking bg), Gottlieb Gladiators ($700....project....definitely operated in a humid environment), arachnid top gun challenege darts ($250).

Willing to trade the entire lot for Data East Tommy or Stern Star Trek Pro.

#4786 3 years ago

Throwing out feelers on this one to see if anyone might be interested....I have three EM's (Drop a Card, SkyJump and a project Hang Glider) that I would love to trade toward a working solid state game of some sort, preferably Williams System 9 on forward. (Prefer System 9, System 11, Data East or Gottlieb System 3 come to mind.) Willing to add some cash if need be and open to games where cosmetics are less than pristine. I know what I have likely puts me closer to the lower end of the quality spectrum, but I've always found that I seem to like the C list games others don't seem to.

Not desperate to sell by any means and if the right trade doesn't come up they will likely be going to Pintastic in July.

If anyone is interested shoot me a pm.

Anyone remember rec.games.pinball? (I know you all do). Newsgroups were always free.....and just as effective.

Isn't the Internet paid for by advertising anyways?

The problem with the marketplace here is without the regional threads there might as well not be any social interaction. Most of the people I've met in this hobby have been buying and selling via this thread.

Just my two cents.

#5462 3 years ago

Project Mata Hari, eh? I'm looking for a head to finish mine.....

Potential firesale coming....the opportunity to get a grail game has arisen. I'll have a bunch of games up for sale later on tonight.

#6020 3 years ago

So here we go...these I would describe as "players" games in general...with some issues.

Joker Poker -$1000
Sorcerer with extra populated playfield - $1000
Bally 8 ball - $500
Funhouse -$3000

EMS (all projects)
Williams Seven Up -$300 (bad backglass)
Williams Swinger - $300

Parts Games
Mata Hari - body and playfield only $300
Lost World - body and playfield only $300
Fully populated 8 ball deluxe playfield $500
Mostly populated Gottlieb Lights Camera Action playfield and outer translite - $200

And the one I may kick myself over...because other than some cabinet scuffs it is nearly immaculate. ..

Capcom Breakshot - $2000.

Since this thread has gotten all weird about things...just PM me and imcluse an email if you want pics.

I'm not around this weekend. Other than Breakshot they all need some level of work or parts.

There's more stuff, but I will start with this.

Hello all, I'm brand-new here and I'm looking to get into the lovely hobby of pinball collecting
I don't really no where to start, but I'm really into fixing things, so I suppose I'd love to get a rough, fixer-upper of a table that doesn't have to look good, just one that I can play hard
If there's anyone out there near the Capitol Region (Albany) with some really rough tables, that may or may not work, let me know! I'd like to stay under the $400 range if possible. I can travel some distance, say 50-100 miles.
Thank you all in advance!

In response to the new to the hobby request: I'll just post them here since they are pretty much all projects in some regard and I'm swimming in projects:

Williams Fun Fest - Complete, so so backglass....needs the "neck" between the head and body rebuilt. Game does not play/coin up.
Gottlieb Drop a Card - Complete, cabinet is a cosmetic mess and coin door is rusty, backglass is a 6 at best but it works.
Gottlieb Sky Jump - Works, complete, missing a lot in the reds on the BG, nice cabinet, very nice playfield, so so coin door.
Bally 8 Ball - Works, Near flawless BG, nice playfield, no broken palstics....major issue....cabinet is a painted over Evel Kenevel (found out as I started stripping it down). Fully shopped out and waxed recently.

All would be available if people have interest. Would love to help out some first timers that are interested in projects as long as they understand they are projects.

Side note: Anyone know if a Bally EM cabinet (Freedom) could be used for a Bally SS machine (Lost World)? I know the heads are different, I'm more interested in swapping cabs.

Quoted from Matesamo:

That's cool of you! If there's anything he doesn't want let me know, I am always looking to expand my small collection!

Anyone out there hunting for boards for Zaccaria pinballs? I have an untested 1B1167/0 power supply available.

Floating this out there as trade bait....

Looking to upgrade to a newer Stern title (Mustang, Star Trek, Met, etc).

Have Sharkeys Shootout, Judge Dredd w/deadworld mod and High Speed.

Anyone out there have any potential interest?

#6783 2 years ago

Got a high speed that needs it's flippers fixed. Plunger link snapped and left the coil plunger inside the coil. Haven't had a chance to touch it since it happened. $1000. Cabinet is so so but playfield and backglass are decent.

That work?

Any Sanctum regulars happen to have a shoulder screw that would work in the ball count stepper for a Gottlieb Grand Slam? I know PBR sells them, but of course I shear one off right before they go on their Christmas break.

Merry Christmas all!

Thanks for the offer. I don't think I'm going to make it down there tonight sadly. Although I do have the pieces from a burnt out grand prix myself here....didn't even think to look at it so I'll give it a shot.

If you need any under playfield parts for yours just yell. I don't have any topside parts.

Quoted from Whridlsoncestood:

Don't think we have one of those on hand. We have a down Grand Prix that's on the back burner. If there is one on there come grab it tonight and we'll replace it later. Getting ready for some fun there tonight.

EM project Lot:

Sky Jump - works fully, nice playfield and cabinet...backglass is flaking away in the reds. Coin door shows evidence of a dent repair. $500

Fun Fest x 2 - neither works fully. One backglass is near perfect, the other is missing a lot of paint. Should make one very nice game and one players/first time pin buyer special. $400 for the pair.

Seven Up - textbook definition of project. Bad backglass, isn't working....but playfield is decent, cab is decent, plastics are intact. $150.

Take the whole lot for $800

Message me for pics.

Anyone happen to have two working alphanumeric displays for road kings they'd be willing to part with? I have a working credit display and two working numeric displays (the lower ones) but my alphanumeric ones (the upper ones ) appear to be toast. Ideally would prefer not to have to buy a whole display set just for those two.

I have a good amount of parts I'd be willing to trade or could buy outright.

Looking to clear out some projects after not finding the parts I needed at Pinfest for them...if you've got them then perhaps you're in luck!

Bally Lost World - populated playfield and cabinet. $150. No head. Playfield has some wear.

Williams Gay 90s - populated playfield and cabinet guts. Keeping the cabinet itself to try and save an Aztec. No head. $100.

Also have a Wico Big Top that works fine, shopped with LEDs. My kids have outgrown the novelty of kid pinball and are ready to move on to bigger and better. Great kids game. $150

I'm getting ready to list my T2... $2500. Good shape overall. Located in Chicopee.

Quoted from deluge:

As a quick introduction, my wife and I moved from our Chicago pinball mecca to Western Mass and have hit a bit of a pinball drought. I've been able to convince her to get a few pins for our house.
Mainly my concern now is getting a player's condition player's pin to keep my skills up. Pretty open to titles but would prefer to keep it on the cheaper side to get max pin (pins?) for the buck.
Anyone have/know of anything they think would fit the bill? I've already contact BeaglePuss for his JD (even though he mentioned it may be taken). His JD is a really good example of what I am looking for.

He had it at $900 (see below) so I will post it back here for the same. I havent done a thing to the game other than play it about 25 times. Insertd are LEDs, GI is incandescent.

Also open to trade ideas as well as long as it is a working game. (+/- cash as appropriate )

Williams Flash - clean boards, boots, somewhat plays. BG has flaking in the reds. Drop targets need some work. New rubber on the pf. $600 obo.
Gottlieb Jet Spin - nice pf, decent bg with some flaking. Head will need a repaint - I had to cannibalize a Jungle Queen as the Jet Spin head was a complete loss.. $400 obo
Atari Crystal Castles cocktail arcade. Fairly rare. Missing top glass...needs some work as sometimes it decides to play, sometimes it does not.
Karate Champ cab and control panel (minus parts) - $150 obo. I was going to multicade it then realized how much of a pain the Karate Champ control panel would be to work with.
