I just spoke with the buyer and he is a great guy! I am posting the details of this deal publically because it is a unique deal and it is important to keep everyone honest. The seller is giving me a non refundable deposit of $200 to hold the game until January. If the seller cannot produce the agreed cash by the end of January or no longer wants to buy the game, I get to keep the $200 deposit and sell the game. If any damage happens to the game within the time frame, I am responsible for fixing it. Technically I still own this pin and I am responsible for delivering a pin as described in my thread come January or when the buyer wants it. Did I miss anything?

Congrats to the two of you! That's a really neat deal on both ends. You get to play a great game for a few more months with a guaranteed buyer, and the buyer has some time to collect funds. Gotta love the pinball community!

And the buyer gets a sharp pin. I just played that one yesterday. It was the first time I saw the Vengeance mod live on a game, and that mod is pretty damn cool.

Sounds like a deal and you covered everything. Nice to see someone selling a game and willing to hold it. Not many people hold games anymore, especially for that long even if given a deposit. Sometimes people back out, but that's the hobby. I've only ever backed out of two games after asking someone to hold them, but there was a necessary reason to do so...I hadn't just "changed my mind". Likewise, as I'm sure we all have, I've also been burned in the past when asked to hold games for people. But you know what...shit happens. If you don't need the money quickly for a particular reason, and have the space, not many reasons not to hold a game. Cool that jkash was willing to make the deposit non-refundable. That at least gives you incentive. Cool game...I'd be excited to be getting one (probably will at some point).

Twilight Zone. Top half shopped out, new rottendog clockboard, no errors playing great. Cabinet has some fade on left, and has a few dings. Cabinet bottom is sagging a little but was on a basement floor for a long time. Not flood damaged or anything like that.

Wow, you held on to the PZ longer than I would have thought. Once you can hit the Big Bang & "B Merry" routinely, it starts to get old. It has no chance next to a TZ.

WTT my undocumented HUO POTC. It needs to be shopped and the VUK switch needs adjustment. I used most of the pinballbulbs LED kit. The goodie bag is still stapled inside the cabinet. I'm looking to keep this trade local. Let me know what you have.
