I am contemplating selling off my Jockey Club woodrail. Repaired and playing, I started refurbishing but I’m not certain I am willing to take it all the way. I’m using the weekend to go through it again and document, I might prefer to just sell it off locally versus folding it up into storage.

That does look killer. The only repros I've seen people post about are these gaudy ones with news art packages. Thanks for the link.

Not sure what the negativity is about.
It's a licensed remake with new modes and options (and apparently the taito license requires a certain level of accuracy).
I've owned 2 ice cold beers and they don't even have the capability to retain a high score.
IMO, all signs point to the remake being better than the original.
The feel will certainly be better, the ICB joysticks are total crap, the new one will have upgraded 2 way sticks (similar to the zero play mod kits i installed into my first one).
It's not a pinball machine, there are very few moving parts.

Agree, looks cool, but I can't stand playing it. I do regret turning down a clean non-working pair of ICB for $500 a few years ago. Honestly didn't see them going up 20X, that was a mistake for sure.

I was under the impression that game is a knock off, not a remake.
I'm not seeing anywhere it says it has any relation to taito (though it's hard to tell).
Talking about ice cold beer...if anybody wants to swing by, have one, play some other games and check out Gorgar it’s still available. 
Got quite a few PMs, but surprisingly nobody has committed or jumped on it yet.
I guess people aren’t interested in games that are priced under $4k - $15k.

You're killing me. I want the Gorgar but the timing is not right. Btw, the Star Pool acts strange scoring/switch wise but it's still cool to play. Hopefully I get to fix it up when it gets warmer out.
