Two awesome guys who made sure I was taken care of during the entire process. If you haven't dealt with Lights out Pinball, don't hesitate. Check these guys out, they are the real deal. These guys are local to me. Awesome dudes. Always cool when I stop by. Very helpful and put up with me asking questions and staying too long.

I presume these guys have a large enough pool of customers and friends that they just don't need to deal with the drama people stir up sometimes here. Will definitely miss their random killer deals popping up in the market. They also donated for every single game they have ever sold here... which is a LOT more than I can say for most marketplace dealers with 0 sold and 600 unsold games.

There are plenty of folks who have had bad experiences here as well. Look at the centaur thread. My opinion is things got a little big and the qc these guys had a year or two ago is not in place now. Hopefully they retool and fix.

Now...let's sell some shit! Who's got a congo?

They are still selling. They have a ton of games for sale right now. Everyone knows that his prices have always been great and you get what you pay for. To me it's not about QC, it's become a matter of low price/unshopped versus higher price and shopped/restored. If you want collector quality, they do full blown restorations which cost a lot more. People like me would rather pay less and buy games unshopped but at a great price. So again, you get what you pay for. The "quality" of a 30 year old game unshopped or in "original condition" from them is the same "quality" as it is from anyone else but their price is usually much better. Everyone knows that the prices for games has skyrocketed making it even tougher to find a good deal but they still have the best deals around.

I’ll be listing a Medusa tomorrow. Just finished a full playfield tear down. BG (non-nip) is excellent with no flaking. PF is very nice with a playfield protectors installed. All metals tumbled or polished by hand. All coils removed..ultrasonic cleaned ..re-sleeved..etc . Displays are nice and bright. Correct upper standups (behind the drops). Boards pulled and reflowed. There is a credit button installed in an old lock hasp hole that was drilled.
This will be at Allentown

I agree with you. I think the disconnect occurred between the representations and actual condition. I think if they just did a better job assessing the reporting on the condition, people (most ) would be fine. That's where the qc is missing he mark.

A pin has come up locally that I would like to snag so I am going to list my Demo Man: full LED's, nice PF, swear ROMS, updated trough boards. Needs a shop out.

The cabinet is a bit dinged in the front and ramps have cracking around mounts and guards. I have a new set of Titan clear bands, flipper rebuild kits for the flippers, new cabinet and head decals and some assorted other bits.

Asking 2k

Also have an NOS cleared PF that will need to have some inserts leveled that I will include for 2.5K
