Is that the magnet core I see?? It looks like it wore through the playfield?
Going to be listing a stunning CV later today for $7500. Game is damn near perfect. https://flic.kr/s/aHskPhLt8C

Yes, the previous owner flush mounted it and/or changed the magnet type.
I am considering trading my nice Bally Centaur for something new. It has new boards, Leds, nice cab& BG , strong flippers, nice displays, very little wear, new playfield glass, plus original boards. I value the game at 3,700 and is plug in and play. Looking to trade up with cash on my end. Game is in Goshen NY.

, they must have been dead serious about sanctum rejects.
I think I've finally recovered from my thanksgiving food coma and wanted to propose a trade:
I've got a super nice (it's like new) Metallica Pro (2013 build) with a ton of extras: color dmd, full LED, flipper fidelity speaker & sub upgrade, brite mods lit flipper button, undercab lighting, sparky lit electrocution helmet, lit graveyard arch, Metallica metal billboard under right ramp, snake mod, snake tongue decal, snake fangs, sparky extended plastic, and skull insert decal mod.
I really want an MMr and realize that would require plenty of cash with my MET which I'd rather not do but will consider. Please take a look at my wishlist and propose a trade. Just for reference, I've looked at the market and what others have sold for like mine, and this is probably a $5500 machine.
Please PM if you have a solid offer. You can also take a look at my other games and make offers...I don't want to get rid of them but I know that TZ and Indy are both high demand titles and everything is for sale or trade if the right deal pops up!
Thanks!
Looking to trade a fully shopped T2 in Woodbury, CT. Complete top-side tear down with new rubbers & full LED kit (except flashers) within the past couple months. Playfield is very good, but has some insert edge wear. Cabinet is solid with minor fade and a few scratches. One line out on the DMD (second from top) but will put a perfect one in for the right trade The game plays great, 100%, no errors. Looking for a trade up or down +/- cash for anything interesting. Specifically looking for Williams IJ, Avatar, Game of Thrones, Diner, Taxi, Al's Garage Band, TWD Pro, or something else - just looking to shake up the lineup a little bit. I have a couple cell-phone pix I can send if you PM me your eMail, but will get better pictures and place a marketplace ad in a few days. Dave

Well it is official. Lanes and Games in Boston has no more pinball or anything else for that matter. The owner Mike has sold the land to an apartment developer which makes sense because it is most definitely a prime location. I was only there a hand full of times because of how far it was for me to go. I know it was frequented by many Bostonians who are going to miss it dearly. The machines were always fine tuned and ready for play, and you know what although I did not head there much I will miss it too. Good luck Mike on all your future endeavors.
nba fast break $1875 clean and working great has leds, some cabinet touch up. but solid overall game

Ugh, bummer to hear this! Enjoyed my few visits there to play his collection, but the location was a bit dicey so close to the roadway. Crazy that apartment/condo dwellers are willing to live in that location. :O Blech.
Mike, any thoughts to open a barcade in the area? Seems like you might have the resources and contacts to make this happen. Maybe a good alternative.
One more try at this !
I am re-doing this because I can't figure out how to undo something in the other post.Arrrrrggghhh!
Still $6300 or B/O.
Would also consider a Trade for a GOT LE,Ghostbusters Premium,TWD LE, BSM or Plus cash for MB.
Debated about starting a new topic but figured more people here would see it. Next October I will be making my first ever trip to Boston, specifically to watch the Boston Celtics play at TD Garden. I will be in town for a day for sure and possibly two days. I was wondering if there are any good places to play some pinball in the area and if you guys could give me some suggestions. Thanks in advance!

If they're open then. Almost a year from now? I thought someone had posted they were closing their doors..?

Clarification: Mike Engel did not own the land. Mike Engel was operating an arcade out of the bowling alley.
The alley and its land were owned by a family who did not want to operate the alley anymore, probably because real estate prices are insanity right now and instead of running a business and giving people jobs, why not just cash out for millions of dollars? It's happening a lot and a lot of the social spaces in the area are being removed for housing. Johnny D's in Davis is gone. La Hacienda is gone. All businesses with long track records; they weren't losing money, its just why work for a salary when you can cash in your real estate lottery winnings. It's a real bummer to people who live in the area because while housing is sorely needed, so are these social spaces.

I will definitely hit up the Sanctum! I'm actually going to be staying in Meriden, CT for 2-3 days while making a road trip up to Boston. I will reach out to you guys next year to try and plan a meet up or something. Thanks for the info!

I suggest starting a new topic. Lets get back to selling and buying here.
You better be careful pinballair, "pinphila" is all upset that we true New Englanders are talking local pinball arcade establishments on this thread.
