There are a couple of 1A SB fuses. Do both of them blow?
I'm assuming the SB Armature switch is on a trip relay bank somewhere. Could it be shorting to the trip relay bank frame somehow?

Hmm. I only see a 10 Bank Setup and an 11 Bank Setup on the schematic with 1A SB fuses. Which one is the SB bank? Or is it another one entirely?

If it's either the 10 or 11 Bank, you could pull both 1A fuses and measure the resistance of the coils to see if they're about the same. One may have developed a short.
