Hey Nor Cal Pinheads!
I am moving to Petaluma in a few months from SF. Sounds like there isn't currently a league in that area, but some interest in getting something started.
Count me in if you guys end up putting something together!

Quoted from missoulaman:Anyone else missing PPE? (Sigh)
Why aren't they doing the Pacific Pinball Expo this year? I had an amazing time last year. I hope it returns next year.
Quoted from midcoastsurf:Anyone here get the JD for $1,250
I assume Sean Casey got that one.....once again. Sigh.
When I saw it was in San Jose, I didn't even bother. I knew he would show up way before I could ever get there.
Quoted from dsuperbee:Who is going to take the gamble on the High Speed project up in Cotati? Having no MPU kills it for me, I just looked on ebay and those are like $300+
That was mine. I sold it to a son and his father who plan on restoring it together. They seemed really excited about the project.
Quoted from genex:Ooh can you all add them to the Pinballmap.com site too? http://pinballmap.com/bayarea#
You got it Gene. Added.
Quoted from practicalsteve:Just saw this ad on craigslist, sounds like it's a flea market type thing they are starting up in the rohnert park/cotati area. In the ad they mention there is an indoor pinball arcade though. Anyone know what they could be referring to?

I am going to ask them today what is up. I hope it is cool because it a 5 minute walk from my house!
I hope it isn't mostly old EMs. (Sorry EM fans)

They finally got back to me. So, apparently the "pinball arcade" is only 2 machines + air hockey. They don't know which "pin ball" games will be there. Sounds a lot less exciting now.
Quoted from Mrbill:So I have sham wow, slap chop, green teflon cookware
That green teflon cookware is pretty nice actually.
I just moved to Oakland.
I heard there is a pretty decent pinball community in the area. Is there a local league that is accepting new members?
Quoted from TronGuy:Hey I am looking for a six million dollar man pin if someone local has one they care to sell.
This one has been on CL forever:
I bet you can talk them down to a more reasonable price.
