What's the correct etiquette if you're at a pinball show and you step up to a game that already has a multiplayer game started? Happens all the time. For example, previous player(s) abandoned a two-player game, or maybe an unsupervised little kid hit the Start button nine times, that sort of thing. You might just walk up and finish the game, because there are only one or two balls left, but you'll probably be perceived as a Pinball Hog by the next person who looks over your shoulder. On some games you can just hold the Start button and it will reset to one player... but that doesn't always work. Then what? Do you just turn the game off, wait a second, and turn it back on? I'm always a little hesitant to toggle power on a machine I don't own. Next thing you know, and the machine doesn't come back up as expected. Then you're worse than a Pinball Hog. Wait, I might be overthinking this...
