Is there a list somewhere of pins to play in the wild in the Sacramento area? I come down there quite a bit from Reno, and would like to try a wider selection of pins.

If any of you come up this way, MM, MB, and Funhouse are going to be available to play at Beach Hut Deli starting tomorrow. I plan to spend quite a bit of time there. They are opening a classic arcade, so there will be lots of arcade games and the 3 pins.

I still haven't found anywhere to play the new stern's except for PAGG and CAX.

for all the sacramento area peeps. metallica pro is on location at the Cinemark theatre on eureka in Roseville the wife and I stopped in and played a few games after dinner on our date night tonight. its set up fairly easy and is not stingy with the extra balls. the tilt is set fairly tight. I did not tilt one time and I tend to nudge a lot.if anyone wants to go play it tomorrow night let me know im up for it. oh, its set at 50 cents a play.

thanks for posting! I am going to try to stop on my way through town on friday to play a few games.

FYI, if any of y'all are heading down I-5 to LA, I live 3 minutes off the Patterson exit, about 22 mins south of Tracy. All are welcome to come hang and play anytime! Just shoot me a PM, doors are open...

Is that offer open to someone from Nevada? I am heading down to Gustine Friday for my nephew's High School graduation. I may be able to sneak away for a bit on Saturday or on the way back to Reno on Sunday.

I tentatively have a couple of games sold, so I want to see what is out there. If the sale completes successfully, I will be looking for a Metallica Premium and maybe a No Fear. If you are thinking about selling either of these, please let me know. If the sale doesn't go through, I will have STTNG and Demolition Man for sale. Apollo 13 isn't spoken for yet, but the interested party may not want to ship.

These are just the games, *I* am interested in getting more plays in, at the three local venues... All 3 would please me at any time. I reviewed the pinball map to see what the possible scope of games are...

If any of you happen to be in Reno this weekend, there will be a Walking Dead pinball Tournament on Saturday. Signup starts at 6pm, the tournament is at 7.

Anyone making their way down to San Diego area in the near future and be willing to take a machine down and pick up and bring back another? The guy I'm exchanging with and I would split the cost to pay you.
I've had a phone number for years for a guy named Chuck who I was told was a pin mover, but I've never used him. Anyone know if he still does it?

I had a game hauled by an old guy named Chuck years ago. He hauled a Tempest arcade game from LA to Reno for $75. He said he was about to retire when he was here though, and I haven't heard anything since then. He regularly made trips from southern ca to northern ca and reno in his pickup pulling a big trailer. Not sure if it is the same guy, but he provided one of the best delivery services I have ever heard of.

Isn't Reno closer to you than Sacramento?
Make a day trip. Stop at cabelas/schills and pick up glass.
There are also some good location pinball spots there.

BAA's site has shown out of stock for regular sized playfield glass for a while now.

I’m looking for a Bally Star Trek, preferably a project game on the cheaper side. If anyone has a line on one, please let me know.
    Thanks,
    Michael

There is a working one on Reno Craigslist listed for $800. I have talked to him, and he told me he would take $650.

    Quoted from CCPL:

I'd be down with that! I couldn't find the ad though, maybe it's gone already?

I don't see it now either. I just sent him an email to ask if it sold or the ad just expired. I will let you know when/if he responds.

Does anybody know if theres any Addams Family for sale in the bay area or sac area right now? I just missed out on one and im looking to buy one. Thanks in advance

I know of a TAF gold that is probably for sale. It would be in the really high price range though, and I don't know what those are actually worth. Let me know if you are interested. I don't think he is interested in selling if he can't get his price though. I don't remember exactly, but it was either 12k or 15k. Nice machine though.

Pinball is strong in Reno. Visited 2 casinos and both had pins. 2 at Circus Circus and 4 at Peppermill.

I have a Bally Rapid Fire that I don't have space for if anyone happens to be looking for one. I will also be looking for a Donkey Kong by the end of the month, so if you have one, or know of one, please let me know. I am in Reno, but will be at Pin-a-gogo next month.

    Quoted from ZZZ_spy_hunter:

I'm looking for help, suggestions or recommendations for getting a pinball machine up a flight of stairs. I live in SF. Is there a person/service that I can call to help make this happen? Or is there a place that I can rent stair climbing dolly? Or other thoughts?
    Thanks

Call moving companies for quotes as well, but a single machine may not be worth it since they usually have a 2 hour minimum. A couple of weeks ago, I hired movers here in Reno to move my games downstairs. Two pins, and 8 vids (including a Pole Position cockpit) all moved downstairs (and some out and down the hill outside because they wouldn't fit down the stairs) for $190!

Not pinball related, but arcade stuff (I posted on the arcade thread too): I recently lost out on a couple arcade games after sales fell through, and I am looking all over for a Food Fight and a Space Harrier. If anyone has one or both for sale please send me a PM. Thanks.

It is expensive at $6500, but there is a full motion Space Harrier for sale on klov. Those don't come up very often.

    Quoted from mann0mann:

Longshot.....but I'd like to get a Metallica and Stern Star Trek. Sort of have leads on each of them. Can only fund the deal if I sell my MMR Limited Edition - gold trim. It's got full side art and apron art, original apron with the LE plaque, Lenticular Backglass art. Laseriffic topper, upgraded speakers, color dmd upgrade, bottom lit trolls and merlin scoop, and full plastic protectors. Not sure if I can post a price here, so don't want to break any rules. I guess just hit me up with a pm if there's any interest.

Unfortunately, I am probably a year or two out from buying MMr since I am buying AFMr now. Otherwise, I would have bought yours for sure.

I have my GnR listed on Reno cl. I need to generate some cash, but kinda hope I don’t end up having to sell it. If anyone wants a gnr, let me know. In about a week, I will have to decide if I am going to sell for sure, then I will list it on all of the forums, and on fb.
