Just got back from CAX. Pre-registered and got in at 10 am. A lot smaller then previous shows but that's to be expected with the pandemic. Here's a couple pics that I took. Didn't take a picture of the hallway which had pins from Pinball Pirate and cocktail arcade tables. Hotel parking is hourly or $30 the whole day. I suggest parking across the street at Casino M8trix, have some drinks and food there and gamble if you're into that.

Crowd size, number of games, pics.
Please let us know.
Working or I'd be there.
I was there last night dropping off games. there was a nice line of new pins. I got to play most of them before the power was put down. They were still filling in the upstairs. I would say game total is about 60%-70% of pre pandemic. I dont plan to go back until I have to pickup my games or unless one of my games has a problem. I did put a price on the joust and the gimme a break at the show.
Maybe a long shot but looking to trade my AIQ with art blades, armor, shaker and gem shooter (huo I bought it nib) for a prem or LE stranger things or ghostbusters.
Quick update on the Pin Wagon. I took my first run Saturday morning to pick up a candy cab arcade for a gentleman in Salinas. I've never seen one in person, adorable little arcades. Took me about 4 hours round trip and everyone was happy and I had a lot of fun.
I just received my packing plastic wrap, blankets and straps from Amazon. My little pin wagon is gassed up and ready to rock at a moments notice. Message me and I will send you me number to keep on hand.
Thx for all the kind words of support!

I'm about to put my Black Knight 2000 up for sale. It's at a friend's house, so I'll need to grab some pics. Plays good, playfield looks good, cabinet has some spots that need TLC. I have decals for the head. Currently located in Concord. PM me. I'll list it later in the marketplace once I grab some pictures.
Morning folks. The Pin Wagon will be in the Sacramento area tomorrow 10/26 available for pick ups in the afternoon. Lmk asap if you want to hop on board.
We arrived back home last night after our first trip south. Picked up two pins in the bay area and brought them to the inland empire and then grabbed another pin in the Santa Barbara area on our way back up. Everything went well and I would call the trip a solid success although LA was miserable to drive through. Possiby a small mental anguish surcharge in the future
Some other machines for sale.
Quoted from Llabnip1972:another pin in the Santa Barbara
and I thought I was the only one with Pins here! Feels like it at least!
The owner reached out to me but it's too far to travel. He advised the machine is really clean. Lane and backglass are excellent. Cabinet has some fade/wear to it. Said it has no coin mech but works. It's in a restaurant but it wasn't making money so he's looking to sale it or trade towards something else that takes up less space.
Figured I'd post it here to see if anyone has any interest.

Good morning. Fat J's Pin Wagon is finishing its second run to socal this morning. Thanks to some awesome navigation tips from pinsiders, it is going much smoother than last weekend. Thx Bluespin! Picked up a pin in Santa Ana yesterday and have one more stop before heading back up to the bay area. I am scheduled to go up to Portland next week to pick up an item but I'm still empty on the way up. Let me know if you need anything moved north. I may also have room for one item going east on the 80 towards Reno and Utah later this month. Thx for the support.

Any recommendations for a service to fix this Triple Strike EM from 75. A friend in Davis has two machines and he wants one working one out of the two. It is working sporadically. Sometimes will play a ball and other times it will get stuck firing solenoids.

Assuming it's an EM version, Chris Kuntz is the best in the bay.

Hit up @jethrop. He's in the south bay and does good work.
I am in San Jose and repair EM and newer machines both. PM me if interested in servicing your machine(s).

I’m in Davis. I wouldn’t mind trying to help out a local pinhead. I’ve successfully brought a few EMs back from the dead. I’m no Chris or Jethro, but I’m free for a quick house call.
Just a heads up the flipper John Tennler keeps sending me email responses to some craiglist ad’s I have telling me to take them down or else. He is a total class act. Beware potential buyers his ads are always from Oakland. Hopefully you never do business with him. He claims all his pins are huo but he’s a liar. Been caught way too many times.

You'll likely need to repost.
His nonsense and lowballs are best ignored.
Epitomizes the term “don’t feed the troll”.

Why exactly is he saying you should take them down?
Dude has been trying to lowball people for years, but this seems over the line. If enough people flagged his for sale posts on craigslist, they could basically shut him down.
I have a wanted ad looking to purchase a totan. Ive been sent several emails to “Take your shit down ”. Instead of engaging with this slime ball I figured I would just give folks a heads up about him.
