Saw some chatter in the Chicago Trader/Seller thread and figured I should create a new thread to get the word out about my newer location, Noon Whistle Brewing (NWB). There are 2 locations in Lombard and Naperville, however the Lombard location has many more pins due to the layout. There are currently 6 pins in Lombard and 2 pins in Naperville. The 2 pins at the Naperville location are kind of buried all the way in the back by the cooler and patio entrance, so you kind of have to search them out. NWB makes a wide variety of brews and literally releases a new beer or two every week and most are pretty excellent IMO. It's honestly one of my favorite breweries and I don't say that just because I have pins there. If you are in the area for either, check em out!

Unfortunately Brixies is no more, RIP I miss it but it was sold and turned into a new place that does want any bar games in it, so that's the end of that.

It is definitely family friendly. I've seen many people bring kids during the day. Lombard's kitchen is only open Thurs-Sunday with a limited menu and Naperville does not have a kitchen but they often have food trucks on weekends.

Some of you guys have been asking getting tournaments going there.

In thinking about doing that, would you be interested if it was 1) non-IFPA and 2) vaccination required?

I'm just looking to gauge interest with those 2 stipulations. Please keep any political vax commentary out of this thanks.

Cool! Naperville location is great too, but we'll be looking to have the tournaments at the Lombard location if you're interested in that.

Tournament Update:

It looks like we will be starting to have our first NWB monthly tournament on Tuesday Nov. 16th. We'll be doing 3rd Tuesdays of the month with a 7pm start time. Tuesday special is $4 drafts. I'll create a separate thread for the monthly tournament like we had for Brixies with more details.
