I have tried everything I could think of. The player 2 score reset relay works with the new coil, but is crazy loud. The coil is the correct size although the post is not like the original. I've adjusted the relay mechanism, the tension, cleaned all the contacts and even put in some electrical tape on the relay sled where the post pulls it in. The switches in the relay do arc a lot, but these aren't controlling the coil, so they should not be making the noise. It's the coil right? What else can I do? P1 coil is quiet as a church mouse.
