My first experience with any spike system issue. During play of my JP premium the lower half of the playfield has gone out and become inoperative. The game is not able to find node board number 8.
Any idea where I should start?
Found the diagram. Located node #8. Reseated all connectors. Still not recognized.
Should I or can I install the working node #8 from my from my AIQ Pro? Would that help?
Did you reseat the two ethernet cables on the spike cpu board? Sometimes one will work loose which can cause a "node board not found" error message.

Thanks. I did check the CAT5 connections at the CPU and at node board 9 and they are intact.
I sent an email to tech support at Stern last night and at 5:45 this morning (on a Sunday) they responded so I have just now answered their questions and am waiting to hear back from them.
