I'm getting this error of start up. I've never had any issues with my new Sterns so I'm not sure where to start.
I read thru some threads here talking about the issue but never saw anything about how to address it.
Where do I start with this?
It does not see any of the node boards, 1, 8, 9, 10, 24
Thanks.

Call Stern or your distributor, as there is a potential for a node board is needed.

You could though first just reseat the Ethernet cables to those node boards to see if it improves. That is one thing they will ask you to do.

I have reseated all ethernet cables and no change.

Does your game have a coin door interlock switch? If so start the game up with the door closed and see what happens.

All voltages are present on the cpu

The good news is that it's impossible for all of the node boards to fail simultaneously ....so it's most likely a power issue.

The Batman cpu boots when I put it in my Iron Maiden
The Batman cabinet node board works when I put it in my Iron Maiden
Can an SD card really cause these type of issues?
I guess I'll get an SD card.

All the correct power leds are on.

Definitely looking forward to your solution. Im getting the same error messages (minus 24) starting yesterday. Bought it NIB in January with 1900 games played until now

Did you contact Stern or your distributor yet?

node 10 turntable pcb is notorious for vibration causing component failure.

I've done a cpu and cabinet node board swap with my Iron Maiden and those boards work.
I'm waiting on an SD card now.

I’m getting the error on node board 24. Game slam tilted without movement in the middle of a game and now won’t work. Any help would be appreciated.
