It’s funny all this worrying about ecoli in the romaine (I threw away a cs this morning) when the traditional salad dressing of ceasar is an emulsion of raw eggs and oil. Eggs that come out of a chickens butt salmonella style. Of course the eggs are pasteurized but hey...ya never know
