Hello Pinside
The Shadow was in attract more when I heard the 10 bongs then no sound at all and test report says u10-u12 bad ram. Do I just need to to replace chips…where can I purchase them or do I have a larger issue?
Any help is appreciated

Try the easy stuff first. Power off, reseat all the connectors on the sound board. Reseat all four ends of the ribbon cable that connects to the sound board and see if anything changes.
Also, have you tried sound test in diags?

Thanx I will start there. Appreciate the help!
Ok I reseated cables and chips and tried sound test. Game plays fine but no sound or music whatsoever. Anyone making these chips?
Long obsolete, but other options are available.
