double check your connectors and board headers and then break out your dmm and check fuses and power. Check under playfield fuses too.

did you swap eproms from the original mpu ? Also make sure the switches are the right ones reporting in the switch test. IE: Make sure switch 1 is actually switch 1 etc etc
