No solenoids fire in test mode but work normally in play (Shadow)

Since I got my shadow the solenoid test has not functioned. The solenoids all work ok when I play a game, it's just that in test mode no solenoids fire when I go through the solenoid tests. Any ideas as to what causes this? Thanks for any help!
