It really is odd to mess up a classic machine like that. For some reason I can give someone a break for using confetti LED lights on a lesser title like Gold Wings, Gottlieb Rock, or even Bally Spy Hunter.

I have a quandary with the new Space Station I brought home last weekend. I am adding cool frosted white LEDs to the regular GI. The upper playfield thing is translucent blue plastic and on the GI at the USA rollover lanes on the playfield, it originally came with exposed GI lights with blue condoms on them. I am torn between inserting frosted blue LEDs there (since it was the original intent) or sticking with cool frosted white.
There is no quandary about adding frosted green LEDs for the Condition Green multi-ball mode. I can't wait to add them in once they arrive in the mail. The original Condition Green bulbs with green condoms are all faded and not bright enough.

LEDs installed to original condition green GI look. I still need to get that special bulb for the very back right light.

On that Game of Thrones is the problem the general illumination, or some Pinstadium lighting along the sides? It seems bright enough to play and see the ball, but I'm seeing blue, green, and red patches form someplace.
The few times I've played that machine, I've liked the upper playfield.

My wife feels the same way about Christmas tree lights. She's all in for white lights and not bright white LED Christmas tree lights. They have got to be old school incandescent white bulbs. I guess she would tolerate a natural sunlight LED bulb, but her preference is incandescent. Colored Christmas tree lights are a rainbow of ugly for her and are not permitted on Christmas trees. haha.
