I feel like there's two kind of rainbow puke posts:
1: Someone drenches a game in a single color, or attempts to color match to accentuate a style of the theme or game. I understand this approach, even if I disagree with it.
2. Use every color available, regardless of how it ties in with the theme. I don't understand this approach at all. What about Lord of the Rings makes someone think of pink/purple/bright greens?

This is the biggest mistake people make. The thought of taking a plastic that has flames on it and wanting it to be more red or it has a tree lets make it more green. Somebody worked really hard on that art work and you completely wash it out.

It ruins the backglass. Completely destroys the beautiful color there
JJP's GI lighting has always been a shitshow. Crappiest lighting in all of pinball. Taking, can't see shit out of the box, to new levels.

Very well done with the new lighting. This should be a template for those considering LEDs. Hold off on the pinks, blues, greens and especially the purples.

Just horrible with the blues and pinks. If ever there was a game that needed good white GI lighting it is POTC. I have one that I have converted to LEDs so I know a bit about this.

godzilla has great GI lighting from the factory. There isn't a reason in the world it should be on this game. Especially since it goes into fire mode or darkness when you knock out the power. That whole experience is gone to shit because of adding this bullshit.
