BBB is a bit too edgy for my gameroom but gameplay looks fun.
Quoted from underlord:Agreed. Never got into it imo.
Playing TOM got me into buying pinballs, starting with a TOM. It is an excellent location game and ok for a large home collection. If CGC improved the code for wizard mode, I’d consider buying the remake.
Quoted from cpr9999:Re-Remake will be better
With a big dancing lady topper.
LTG : )
Disclaimer : No idea if it will get done. Just thing a huge animated BBB topper would be great.

Dare to dream! I like how you think Lloyd
Quoted from Mr68:Strong rumors are that Cactus Canyon is next but I would prefer Big Bang Bar. I sold my BBB and miss it.
Will they be paying the programmer to use the superior and finished “Continued” code?
Big Bang 3 still sounds like a pipe dream, especially since it will probably be an inferior Williams version.
Now that I own a Capcom pin, boy did they spoil us! These pins are build far better than any of the competition.

Yea that's why they went Broke Superior

Last I heard, they will not.

Well that clears things up!

Nope not a chance. What I hear is, they went at it alone. Lets see how well they did.
Quoted from jake35:BBB is off the table
I'm out of the loop on this. Please explain.
Quoted from jake35:BBB is off the table
Are you just saying that because you own one or did you hear some news we didn’t.
Quoted from Pinhead1982:I’m pretty sure Planetary don’t own the rights to BBB.
I'm not sure about that.
Williams did get the rights for bbb and made a prototype playfield using their parts.
So it will depend if they bought the full rights (and it went to pps) or licensed it temporarily..
As I recall, Circus Maximus worked out a deal with Planetary Pinball for the Kingpin trademark.
In regard to BBB, see attached picture with the announcement from Planetary Pinball.
Quote: "What I can tell you is that in the list of likely remakes are CC, MB, TOM, BBB"
It was that announcement 2+ years ago that launched this thread.
It would seem that Planetary Pinball owns the Capcom rights. Here's a quote from Paul of Circus Maximus in the Kingpin thread:
Quoted from pkiefert:We mentioned this in our seminar at SFGE a few weeks ago, and since it was mentioned in TWIP today too, I’ll mention it here.
We have an agreement with Planetary Pinball to acquire the Kingpin trademark.
Quoted from iceman44:Cactus is coming in July

Cactus is not a scoop but July is. Is it coming from good source?
Quoted from noitbe1:Cactus is not a scoop but July is. Is it coming from good source?
Very good
I played cactus canyon when it was on display at ca robinson. I was not impressed by it. I have not tried it with the updated software. It would be a pass for me.

I hope you are right! I'm definitely in on CC. Awesome game!

Spoke to CGC the other day: No plans on rerunning any of the previous titles and they gave no firm date(s) or any hint of what title is coming out. You can easily find out the same by calling.

Don't sell him short, Iceman's sneaking up on Fox News level reliability!
Quoted from ToucanF16:CC announcement on 9-11?
Nope before, when will BBBR be available?
Quoted from cait001:fingers crossed, I really hope CC and BBB are roaring successes for CGC. But I'm nervous they don't have the same hype as the other machines already made, or the other classics everyone else is clamoring for.
It will come down to cost. If the base model is priced ~8k - sales will be challenged.
