I like the Stones...my wife absolutely loves them. Finrod, your post makes sense though. Although they work their butts off on stage, it is no secret they are in it for the money...not the music. There was an article decades ago (NY Times maybe) that featured the Stones and how they were not a band but a corporation instead...and a very tax[cough] complicated one at that. In some ways it's a shame but in other ways I guess you can say maybe it's not the band. Instead its their agents squeezing every dollar they can so they make more and all the time brainwashing the band members it is the right thing to do. I dunno. Like I said, i like them...that is about it.
