Hello to all

If you are on the old list it is no need to sign up again. I will write you an email though because it has been some time ago
since you signed up.
We have now finished Getaway playfields and are busy doing the BOP re-run. Then its NGG and Road Show.

You are always welcome to stock playfields so that you can combine the shipping, no problem. But when
your playfield is finished produced, I would want the payment for it at that stage.

If you wish to be on the NNG List, then please send me an email directly to [email protected]
with your postal address.

Hello to all

The pictures are showing the cavity of the golf ball insert and the insert glued to the playfield.
We decided not to polish the scructure from spark iroding, gives the insert a nice slight difuse look.
The insert is Illuminated with LED light. The golf ball structure in the insert came out very nicley.

Good evening to all.
Yesterday we started to print the green. We discovered a disturbing pattern in the raster. It does happen sometimes
that the dots of the raster get disturbed by the silkscreen mashes. We have worked over the green files and have sent them out to get the negative made. Doesnt all work out as thought. So far we have the most colors printed neatly on.
Only 4 colors to go. We only printed this one board, it was damage in previos pints.
In the time that we wait for the negatives, we will continue milling the T2 playfields and the plastic sets.
Road Show playfield must get sanded, then they are ready for printing.

Hello to all

While we are waiting for the negatives to get the silkscreens made, we eventually have some spare time to get
some our plastic parts finished. The first and second picture is showing the mounting of the light domes on the Prob Covers for STTNG.
Inbetween we are milling the last Terminator 2 Playfields, shown on the third picture. 5 Boards to go, then we will start with the Playfield Plastic Sets for Terminator 2. After the Probe Covers are finished, we started reviting the Road Show, Funhouse Cranks, A-19258, will still take some time, over 4500
Cranks, 9000 revits... Dont think that we will finish them today. The Cranks are shown on picture 4. While Leon is setting the revits, there is alot of time to get the new produced old Bally Bats packed 20-9592 shown on picture nr. 4
Sorry, a bit of topic.. But, tomorrow we are going to receive the new negatives for green and magenta, we discovered mistakes in magenta as well.
We will get the screens to the screen maker tomorrow, if all goes good, then we can continue printing NGG on Friday.

We will keep updating the printing of NGG
Have a nice day

Hello to all.
We will receive the screen this afternoon. Yeah..... This afternoon we will continue to print the No Good Gofers Playfields.
Say, did nobody notice a mistake in light blue?
We have discovered a quite big mistake in light blue.
Not serios, we have made a Negative and a screen to reprint
that area.
Here is a deal, the first to post the mistake , on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/buthamburg.de/
in light blue will get a 10% discount on the No Good Gofers Playfield. The first right post will receive the discount.
We will start preperations now for the printing, Today we want to get the green done, heart beating, its a big area and quite a few color flowing dots. The green paint is mixed, green gets printed on to the yellow. The transparent green needs to be adjusted darker in ton, the yellow will shine through the transparent green and lighten it up. Same in other areas, the green gets printed ontop of dark blue, gives the darker green efect, and the same in the lettering, green on white, will give you the light green. Test print was good, color matched nicley.
Happy searching for the mistake in light blue

Today we printed the red color. Green was not possible for
the screen motive is copied into the screen twisted. No Idea how that works, but the screen maker did it
Tomorrow we will print the brown and print the repair in light blue.
Did nobody see the mistake yet? Its 2 inches long.

Leon & Peter

Good morning

Yes you have discovered the mistake that we saw. The arrow tip under the wheel has been mentioned before.
That was the first mistake discovered. You can also look on www.buthamburg.de If you find parts you need,
its 10 % for you until the same worth of a NGG Playfield.

We will now start repare printing the light blue. 3 different print areas.
If all goes well, we might still print the brown today

The green screen is back at the screen makers, we mostlikley get it tomorrow. All good things go by three.
Playfield is looking good, specially if you lay the black Film over it. Maybe we will take a picture with the black film over the print tomorrow while we are wait the screen?
