Has anyone ever compared a real NGG backglass to a replacement NGG translate?
Is the difference worth the expense?Thank You

Good God, yes.

The translite should only be used if you can't find a glass.

BGResto can also make a reproduction backglass. I'm not sure how it compares to the original but maybe if you post in the NGG owners forum someone with one can send you a picture of what it looks like. Even if it looks a little different if it's not sitting next to an original you may never notice.
