I have had a on going problem with my NGG. The game starts off with perfect sound then when I get to multi-balls with a lot of actions then all of a sudden the sound so low you can barely hear it. It stays this way until you play a new ball then the sound is normal again. Then while playing the new ball the game will reset it's self and you have to start a new game. I was told it could be the Power board or the Audio Visual board and I have replaced the Power Driver board and the Audio Visual board with new Rottendog boards and still have the problem. I have now been told it could be a bad ASIC Chip or just reset the Asic (bad connection) on the CPU board. One thing that makes me think it is the CPU board is when the sound goes bad I can open the coin door and push either volume the sound comes back. These switch controls go to the CPU board on my NGG. My question is this a CPU ASIC problem or just a CPU problem or some other problem. I would appreciate any help.
