ok just to be sure did you take out the fuse and test it?It's always best to take out the fuse and test.just to rule it out.if you did then power off the game and start reseating the ribbon cables and reseat the connectors.do this slowly so you wont miss any row of pins or bend them.post back your findings.

This is AC power. Did you have meter set to AC? When checking AC you need to check winding to winding not to ground. If you still Don't have voltage then check the interlock switch at the coin door.
