I have a bally future spa and the feature lights don't work. the game plays fine.

AS2518-49 rectifier board
TP1 = 12.5
TP2 = 238
TP3 = 14
TP4 = 6.8
TP5 = 44.7

solenoid driver board
TP1 = 5
TP2 = 240
TP3 = 5
TP4 = 243
TP5 = 13.9

where should i be looking next.

Rectifier board "normal" voltages as follows:

TP1 - 5.4VDC (Switched Illumination)
TP2 - 230VDC (displays)
TP3 - 11.9VDC (input to 5VDC regulator)
TP4 - 7.3VAC (General Illumination)
TP5 - 43VDC (Solenoid bus)

Your rectifier board has an issue at TP1. Check the Bridge Rectifier (BR1) with your ohmmeter in diode mode. I'll bet you'll find it is shot. This will be a cause for the feature lamps not working. There may be other issues but this is the place to start.

Your solenoid board voltages appear to be fine, although TP2 is a bit high. Try adjusting the voltage there down to the "normal" value. Solenoid board "normal" voltages as follows:

TP1 - 5VDC
TP2 - 190VDC +/- 5VDC
TP3 - 5VDC
TP4 - 230VDC +/-27VDC
TP5 - 11.9VDC

I adjusted the voltage on the solenoid board TP2 is now 190.1VDC. The rectifier board had dual diodes for TP1 and they were no good so I changed them to a 35amp bridge rectifier as outlined on Steve Kulpa page. I checked the bridge rectifier with a meter and it is ok TP1 is still too high, on the AS2518-49 TP1 should be 5.8VDC to 7.2VDC. does any one have a picture of the back of the rectifier board (AS2518-49) with the wires soldered on, one wire was broken off.

Thanks repaired the wire on the back of the rectifier board and a broken wire in the harness. now everything works.

Nice job on getting it working again. Thanks for updating as other folks may have the same issue and this could help them.
