No Fear: Dangerous Sports
Williams, 1995I have just picked up a no fear and the launcher is not working (wasn’t working when I got it).
I have just noticed that the coil installed has a diode on it. I thought that WPC machines did not require diodes on the coils outside of the flippers.
I have also checked all fuses, transistors with DMM and continuity. There is also power at the the coil.
Could the diode be the issue.

Ok thanks. That is what I thought.
The transistors all look ok on that circuit and have connectivity to all the correct connectors and components. Would it have potentially taken out U5 for that circuit.
