The machine boots and then when I press start, it pops up the message "Initializing Please Wait", flashes it a couple times and then goes straight to game over.
Any ideas?

The game usually tests for the ball in the subway by ejecting and shooting in a new one in the lock shot. Make sure you have 4 balls installed and the trough and subway switches are working. Keep in mind i am a crappy tech , but i do own the game.
