I have been rebuilding my Stern Split Second machine and now everything works except the electronic voice. I have an Altek MPU set for the game and the DIP switch for voice is set correctly. The voice card is refurbished with newly programed ROMS, the TP voltages are correct and Ive changed the header pins and ribbon cable molar connectors but it still won't work!

Any suggestions would be gratefully received! Thank you
