It wasn't until I got my second NIB stern that I realized my first one never had coin door lights working. I can't seem to figure out where the cables go to check for a bad connection. It's definitely not getting juice. Everything else works on the coin door, just not the lights. Where does the power come from so I can check that next? The back box? Surely two little lights on the coin door don't have their own fuse?

I’m having the same exact issue with my Star Trek Pro. Were you able to figure it out?

Yes. There was a connector inside the back of the cab that wasnt connected from the factory. It got missed during assembly.
