Having a tiny, vested interest in those grills, gotta say, I think they turned out perfect.
Looking forward to watching the rest of the restore.

So, Fed Ex was right? But also wrong?

Still not sure.

Quoted from cosmokramer:

Im looking for brand/type of paint, and thinning instructions to be able to spray it.

I've taken a cheap HF gun and converted it for regular latex following these steps:

I've done 3 or 4 cabs now this way.
You just have to experiment with thinning.
Being latex, I just thinned a little at a time with water until desired flow was achieved.

Quoted from edward472:

You big of a compressor are you running?

I have the kobalt equal of this one.
Scored it off c/l a few years back for $175 if I recall.
It's a 110v single stage 30 gallon.

Quoted from pinballinreno:

I molex everything in the game while its on the rotisserie.

+1 for connectors. I know HEP does it and I took a page from his book.
Here is a pic from the last restore I did, although it was only a Motordome, I installed connectors pretty much throughout the game.

Is it one of these style bushings?

Not that I'm aware of, was going to offer you one of mine if you didn't already have some enroute.

Hmm, all those garage door photos, I think you secretly sent this to HEP .
It turned out fantastic Scott, really looks like a work of art!
I've enjoyed following the journey, what's next?
