So I just got in a White Water I'm starting to refurbish.
I turned it on and off a couple of times and everything seemed to be working as it should.
I had it off for about 25 mins or so to do some cleaning and when I turned it back on it was back to factory setting.
My first though was bad batteries. But I check them with my multimeter and they tested okay.
As long as I had the boards exposed I though I would press a little on the connector as maybe one of them could have become a little lose when shipping the machine, I also checked all the fuses and they tested okay.

That's that I though to myself, it's always good to be thorough.
WRONG!!! When turning the machine back on the light's flicker for a fraction of a second, the dmd shows some random dots also for a fraction of a second and all I here is a buzzing/humming sound from the speakers. (I had dmd humming also before this happened).
The pin is not booting the dmd is blank.

Any suggestion would really be appreciated

I snapped a couple of pics, don't if they will help much.

Okay, I'll try to reseat all the connectors tomorrow after inspecting the boards.
I also came across this image in the White Water Thread, after comparing it with my picture it looks lika some of the connectors are connected to the wrong pins.

Check it out.

I pulled and checked all the fuses and they tested okay, I reseated all the connectors and all the ribbon cables and yet nothing.
I then reseated the two major chips on the cpu board and still nothing, I checked the cpu board for cold solder joints, didn't really find any but reflowed some anyway. Still nothing. After inspecting the cpu board a little more closely I saw a small chip sitting in a socket. I pulled it out and cleaned the legs and put it back in and turned the power on and BOOOOOOM!!!!! All the caps blew up at the same time, just kidding it finally booted up.

Thanks all for trying to help me out!
