To the best of our knowledge, Bally simply placed Cosmint backglasses on Cosmos machines before exporting them to Switzerland. Check if your cabinet serial number falls in the Cosmos range of 1001 to 3160. See here for other serial numbers for Cosmint:

If you can make a nice, legible close-up of your serial number, you or I can place it on the IPSND.net to identify it as a surviving Cosmint.
