Williams, 1978I'm stumped. Working on WMS WORLD CUP with system 3 MPU. The game plays fine but there is no attract mode. Any ideas what could be the reason, and repair recommendation? Not a big deal really as the game coins up and plays fine, just missing all those flashing lights before pressing the start button.

OK. I should have mentioned that my MPU has the upgrade to System 4. Would that make a difference? Also, I thought I had seen it go into attract mode in the past.
No attract mode. The sys 3 to 4 change doesn't do anything to change that.
Hstd and scores alternate... That's it.
OK. Thanks all for confirming it's working ok....but I swear I remember seeing this machine in attract mode in the past. Maybe I'm losing my mind.
