UPDATE:

Sorry everyone. Right after I posted this my Moms health sent south quick. She is now in the final days of her life, and on hospice at my house. I am overwhelmed and very occupied for the time being. I will return everyone’s emails and reply to posts as soon as she passes and the dust settles. What a Fing year....
